Integrate Systems Consulting has been trading for a year, and it has been a busy one. We have exceeded our first year targets, delivering support in two major contracts, across multiple workstreams, where our expertise in systems engineering and marine engineering have been fully utilised. As we enter our second year in business, we do so with a full order book for this Financial Year, continuing support to our clients and expanding our expertise and experience. We look forward to delivering for our customers and providing the skills needed to support investment in our Nation's defence.
Integrate Systems Consulting is proud to be supporting Babcock Marine in the development of requirements and systems engineering to support the considerable investment in Devonport Dockyard. We have a 12 month contract to provide systems engineering subject matter expertise to a wide range of projects, scaling and tailoring requirements development to match the demands of each task.
Integrate Systems Consultancy has, over the last 10 months, supported Fleetwind Ltd, a dynamic and growing Marine Consultancy, in developing a capability to improve the maintenance of Queen Elizabeth Class (QEC) flight decks. This involved the development of User Requirements, a Concept model and Investment Appraisal material to inform future procurement. This project was delivered to Fleetwind and the MOD client to a high standard and within tight budgetary constraints. We are currently commencing further support over the next 12 months for the development of additional systems engineering material including requirements and acceptance strategies, Concepts of Employment and Use and a System Requirements Document.
Integrate Systems Consulting has been supporting Fleetwind in the transition of support for two major warship classes. Our work has been to guide and assure the handover process to ensure the receiving Delivery Teams were fully informed in the support status of the ships at handover.
Our support also involved the conduct of a Lessons from Experience (LfE) task; this involved eliciting Lessons Identified (LIs) from a range of stakeholders, assessing them and delivering to the end client a report summarising the LIs and drawing conclusions from them. This well-received report will be utilised by MOD to inform future support transitions for RN ships and equipment.
